Broadcast playout for macOS.
An easy and reliable way to send media of any kind to any screen or stream. Drop clips on the board, click one to put it on air, and send the program out over NDI, Syphon, OBS, or a display.

Your whole show on one board.
Make it chronological or don't. Just drop media in, group it into playlists, and click any clip to put it on air.
- Live clips turn red. On the board, in the program panel, and on your Stream Deck.
- Four layers. Background, media, overlay, and audio. Files route to the right layer on their own.
- Per-clip behavior. Hold, clear, or loop when a clip ends. Fit or fill the frame. Pick a transition for each one.
- Works mid-show. Search the library and reorder playlists while something's playing, without dropping the program.
A real program engine underneath.
TCast renders the show natively with Metal. One composited program frame, and every output gets exactly that frame.
Transitions
Cut, fade, crossfade, slide, or zoom between clips. Set the type and duration per clip, or leave the default and forget about it.
Formats
720p to 4K at 24 to 60 fps, plus custom resolutions and frame rates for the odd job.
Program audio
A proper audio bus with live meters, a master fader, mute, and local monitoring. Audio rides along on NDI and OBS feeds.
Turn on every output you need.
Outputs are rows in the sidebar. Flip on any combination and they all carry the same program.
NDI
ONVideo and audio over your network. Shows up in OBS, vMix, or any NDI receiver as “TCast - Program”.
Syphon
ONGPU-to-GPU video for apps on the same Mac, with next to no delay and nothing touching the network.
OBS Browser Source
LINKThe program as a web page, audio included. Paste one URL into OBS and you're done. Nothing to install.
Displays
ONEvery connected display gets its own row. Send the program full screen to as many of them as you want.
Remote control.
Stream Deck
A ready-made Bitfocus Companion module with presets for transport, black, and clip triggers. Live tally lights the buttons red.
iPhone
The TCast Remote app connects over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Fire clips and ride the fader even when the venue network is a mess. Not on the App Store in the EU yet. Everything else in TCast works there, and a Stream Deck or the control API covers the same ground.
Anything with HTTP
A plain control API on port 7341. Anything that can send
a web request can drive it.
Media in from anywhere.
Send contributors a link. They upload from a phone or a browser, and the clip lands in your library ready to air. Nobody needs an account, and nobody's handing you a USB stick at the door.
Everything else.
One file, the whole show
Save a project and open it on another Mac with media, playlists, and settings intact. Rehearse at home, play out at the venue.
Storage you can see
Check what's taking space and clean out unused files. Duplicate uploads are caught and stored once.
Updates that install themselves
New versions download and apply in the background. You just open the app and it's current.

Questions people actually ask
Is it a subscription?
No. Pro is $50 once. It activates on two Macs and updates are included.
What do I need to run it?
A Mac with Apple Silicon running macOS 26 or later. That's it.
Does NDI need extra software?
Not on the Mac running TCast. The receiving side, like OBS, needs its own NDI plugin or runtime, as usual.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Once activated, the license lives on your Mac and nothing phones home mid-show. Airplane mode is fine.
Can I try Pro before buying?
Every download comes with a 14-day trial of everything in Pro. Start it from Settings, License tab. No credit card, no account.
Try it on your next show.
macOS 26 or later, Apple Silicon. Version 1.0.
